Rubilee was born in 1960 and commenced painting in 2007 for Papunya Tula Artists.  She has enjoyed a very successful artistic career, having exhibited broadly.

Rubilee paints of the events of her female ancestors – travels, the collection of bush tucker, and the gathering of grasses for production of hair-string skirts.
